In-stock products are typically shipped within 12 hours of purchase. If you cancel your order within this 12-hour window, we guarantee a refund of 95% of the total order amount. A 5% deduction will be applied to cover bank and online payment platform transaction fees.

Customised Doll Order Cancellation

Customised sex dolls are typically completed and shipped within one week. You have the right to cancel their orders within the following timeframes:

Within 12 hours of purchase:

Within 24 hours of purchase:

• Depending on the production progress, we will refund 80% of the total order amount.

Return:

You may return products if the items are unopened and unused within 14 days of purchase. Under these circumstances, you are responsible for covering all shipping costs and transaction fees.

*Please note: The return period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, take physical possession of the product.
